No, the tankDb.cs.dso is a compiled version of the cs file that CANNOT BE EDITED. If you do edit it, your TT will not work. You can get the original script.cs files here .
O and a little reminder for a BIG reason : MAKE SURE U HAVE A COPY OF TT BEFORE EDITING ANYFILE!

It wont let me download the tankdb.cs file this is what it says:
Server Error in '/' Application.
