@ Baba
It is picking up the server "inside" your network as well as the one from the master server.
It is actually how I was always able to tell I was getting outside my router.
Thats right
One server has a private ip (probably 169.254.x.x) for your computer...the other server has the router's public ip address...both are sent to the master server so it shows 2 versions...but only for you...everyone else will only see the router server

And no way to delete the one that is seen by mine eyes only?
Not that it is that big a deal.
Nope - no way to delete it.

I recently reconfigured my LAN and set up a wirelessrouter to share my internet access with various computers in my house.
Now when I host a server there is , what I call, a "shadow server" on my TT server list.
What I mean is there are two listings of the same server. Slightly different pings, but the same server.
It is something only I can see, as there is only the one server on Gnomies site and the PTT current games page.
I wonder if there is a way of filtering out/ deleting the "extra" server ?
I have heard others have this.
It's said "Oh that just happens when you host through a router"
For those who know - does it always happen when hosting through a router?
Why does it happen?
Can I stop it?
Thanks!
