Yeah, it's not PhotoShop, and takes some getting used to, but at least it's legal to get it for free...
There is also a program called IrfanView
, I used it before I got photoshop and paint shop pro...it was pretty good :)
and np about that dodge...and btw, I didn't make it, racer did
IrfanView is free, but its also legal

Hey all,
Yea im tired of my skin. I want a new 1 but my demo of PSP8 is now done :'( so..... Could somebody make me a skin? I know that almost EVERYONE asks this and I dont want to be annoying, but I would like a dodge viper GTS skin plz! (or a Yamaha V-Max skin if you bikers know wut im talkin bout)
