Don't forget the professor. :)
It was a lot of fun, even though we were down a man in our last game, we still pulled it out.
Pai=paisano-I would never forget XD ck
The whole thing started with Steelettos and then a windfall of great players. Where did TG go? As usual, I said I'm just going to check my emial I'll be right upstairs. 9:00, Right, didn't see upstairs until 11:30. Oh well great games anyway. CK, was that better? I don't think I killed anybody from my own team last night! WWWWOOOOO!

Why would you think I would be drinking?

@ Napalm
Most of us that play the late night games have said they drink so I was just wondering ! Hope I didn't offend you with that comment ? B)
No, not at all. I probably should! I'd sure loosen up the grip on that mouse. Poor little guy, many broken ribs, and that constant finger punding to the head.
Oh well.
I was down two men...didn't pull it out.
Paisano - the new CADC of ThinkTanks :)
(inquire @ my yahoo account if you don't understand the above comment ;) )
Hi all, that was a HOOT. Although I have a small gripe, I was very proud of name Steelettos (K8) and yet not one person made a mention of it!!!! Oh well, at least it gave me a chuckle.
ChineseKnife, sorry I missed you. We had some good games earlier too. I sure do wish we were all on the same time zone. It is getting harder for me to stay up late, so by 1:00AM East Coast time, I am ready for sleep, and yet the TT community is just waking up.... (me, sad)
Anyway, good fun last night and no trolls!!!! Wooootttt!!!!!
Actually you must have missed it unless I'm confusing it with the night before, but someond did commet on the name.
Just wondering how far to, or past the line, would it take for you to become offended. I "like to play" but don't want anyone to be offended at playful remarks.
I pretty much try to take everything in a humorous tone unless it's an obvious bitching.
Yes a "Troll light" experience. For a minue I thought we were going to have a good full one-one game. But then like six playes popped in in less than a minute? Am I recalling the correctly?
Just curious!!

It takes a lot for me to be offended by the people that I consider my friends in the community. I have no problem with flirting or sexual innuendo... I think friendly flirting is healthy, festive, and fun. But it is a TOTALLY different story if the flirting is coming from someone that I don't know. It is kind of interesting how the exact same flirtatious comments seem like a sicko attack on me if I don't know the person.
On a different note, Nappy, for a guy that is so verbose in the forums, you are extremely tight-lipped and mute in the game. I have grown accustomed to playing and not chatting when you and I are 1 on 1. Loosen your lips boy!!!! Gimme some sugar!
:)
Pure Sugar Cane comin your way.... Did I spell that right?
Your cavity man, (LOL)
Someone please insert remark about TG crush!

@Professor
I never saw you lose your cool like you did last night, but I guess it happens to everyone. As far as I saw things, it was a 3 on 3 match and yes we had a bot, but it was a heavy (sleepy)! Maybe Rogue and Napalm can correct me, but that's what I remembered from our game, which became a blowout for whatever reason (18-6?). I apologize if it appeared that we were rubbing it in your faces (hence your CADC reference), but I assure you that was not the intention. It was only because of our respect for your skills that we were so into the game. Even if you were down a man (which I don't believe was the case), I've seen you still dominate and find ways to win. Rogue, Napalm and myself just got a little too excited because of the types of goals we scored, that's all. We thought you were kidding at first, but soon realized that you didn't appreciate our exhuberance whenever we scored a goal. So we stopped saying gj and g1 and just finished out the game. If you had stuck around, several more players came to play on your blue team (Memphis being one of them). We had a couple of other games that were much closer.
Once again, sorry you didn't enjoy yourself like we all did (kentuckykillblly didn't seem to have any issues with us and he was on your team).
I don't appreciate being compared to CADC because of excessive celebration. He can be forgiven because he's very young, but I am old enough to know better. I did not see things the way you did.
By the way, the game before the one you had a problem with was with TankGirl on your side. It was a nailbiter that came down to the wire.

LOL pais... Do you screenshot every game you play? How did you happen to have THIS image laying around?
:)
FWIW: I didn't notice you guys celebrating too much at all.... I thought you were all showing good sportsmanship.
K8
^ Man... I was going to say exactly same! :)
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
It's a habit I can't break. I automatically press Ctrl-P whenever a game ends or if I see something funny or interesting while in a game.
I don't keep them all, silly rabbit. I actually used the website Triv told me about to display the images.
Thanks TankGirl, I don't think we celebrated too much either. However, I don't think that's the game that bothered the Professor anyway.
It was the game right after you left that bugged his biscuits. I think The Plague replaced you.

Man where the hell was I?
Prof, I had no idea that you were pissed about something!
I guess I just don't get the fell of some games because I miss so much in the chat window. If you were to ask me about the early games of the night this is what I saw.
I just launched the game and I saw TG in the game playing with bots, no other people I believe. I joined mid game and was immediately slathered (in a very nice way, can you tell I like the attention?) with a hiya naplam form TG. TG was, as usual, runnin her little fanny all over the map and had like 13 to 3 lead at the end of the game. So I thought great, we'll have a good game one on one in the next game. NOPE, man everybody popped in. I felt like (I was on green) the blue team always had an advantage. I know Prof, in the beginning it was you and TG against me and I shouldn’t get anything going. It appeared to me you just took care of me while clearing the way for TG to score. I was a bit frustrated and thought; maybe I should just get some sleep for once. Shortly after that more people came into the games and the equality seemed to bounce back and forth as people entered and left. Admittedly I don't even know when TG departed.
I'm not so sure why people get so heated up about these games there are so many of them it's sick. We must play in 20 games a day if you're on for any decent amount of time. Please lighten up. Need I hire someone full time to continually kick me in the nuts to make you people laugh and enjoy the game?
Pai, Scale that thing down 25% lol
Typical TT night!
Now let's get back to the Sugar!

Sorry, but I'd have been less enthusiastic about last night's game if this were not a contract year for me. Yah see, I'm going on the free agent market next year and hope to become a member of the New York Tankees. Come on George! Open your wallet for old Rogue. I must impress if I expect to get the Benjamins next season.
Seriously though, I don't recall anyone getting overly excited. But, I too like Napalm ignore the chat window quite often. I do recall that I switched teams three times to even things up and even switched with CK when he came in. I also remember telling KKB to go ahead and play when he offered to sit and wait for another player even though he was not on my team. Sorry, I thought we were playing a relaxed game last night. I didn't realize that some others were also in a contract year and being watched by Mr. Steinbrenner via TT Cam. Guess you all will just have to settle for Tampa Bay.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.
Invite a retard to a picnic and you'd better expect to get drool in the potato salad.
@Rogue
LOL... Funny stuff...
I had no problem in the game with TG...that was fine. No problem, as teams were realtively even. Second game is the one I took issue with. I'm over it. Apparently my smilies after my posts indicate nothing :). Didn't know it warranted a novel AND an evidentiary screeny. Cripes, I rarely take 'em for league play.
Don't discount the impact of a heavy...I'm sure it was using Greg's accuracy.
I don't have "relaxed games"...not in my vocab.
