I don't know if it's just me but I have been getting serious performance issues when going to Leopards Lair lately. I used to have good performance and always enjoyed playing there. Has anyone else had issues with lag there? It's still a low ping rate, but last night for instance tanks were disappearing and reappearing, absolutely impossible to have a good match.

I had no issues with heavy scrum games further on the list so I don't think it was my connection.

What's the consensus?

I've encountered "Leopard's Lag." My experience has been it is typically when Leopard himself is in the server. Somehow his presence lags the server? Not sure if it happens everytime. Would someone having a "ghetto" connection cause it as well? The lair does attract trolls and dial-up from time to time.

Of course, it is always possible lep was downloading some risque material :P

All I have to say about that is, ifI my game performance suffers due to his downloading of risque material, he should at least be man enough to share the risque material.

In waiting....

Leps has been laggy for me also
I remember 3-6 months ago this wasn't a frequent problem
Now it happens almost every time
For this main reason I am rarely in Leps
I get a little nuts when the opponent is doing the lag dance
And would rather know that I win or lose by skill
Would make a great chat room if I liked to chat
lol
