I am not understanding the question. Can you try to clarify what the problem is?

I think he's trying to say that since he downloaded the game from gameblast.com, he can't access the ThinkTanks folders to edit skins etc.

That's exactly my problem. Is there anything I can do to access tt folders?

If you are having trouble with a shockwave version of the game, contact shockwave technical support. I would try to help, but I do not understand the question.

Gameblast is:

http://gameblast.shockwave.com/

Or, shockwave.com.. It IS the shockwave version of the game. I am not a total nincompoop you know.

The shockwave version is a little squirly.
When you say you can access your folders... Do you mean you cant FIND them, or that they wont open?

I DL'd the demo from PTT and then registered it. If you've already payed for the registration key, write it down, then maybe try uninstalling and dling the PTT demo and registereing that. May work for u.

If you cant find the folders, just try running a search on your program files folder for Bravetree, Shockwave, Thinktanks, or anything else relevant. I know that's simplistic, and you've probably already tried that, but its all I can think of to find missing folders.

If the folders wont open.... Weird.... Try the re-install idea....

Hope that's helpful.
See ya in game.

Thanks for you're help. The problem is that I can't find the folders. All I have is shockwave.com folder, which contains the tt folder, which only contains a shortcut to the game, the read me file, and uninstall. I can not find the data folder or the maps folder. I can't find anything! I'll try shockwave.com tech support.

Yada, are you an administrator on your PC, if you aren't, I think I've hit jackpot on finding the solution, if you are not admin, make sure an administrator installs it, it happens to me!

I ran several searches trying different key words. I finally found the folders I needed. Why the folders got sent to different locations when I installed think tanks, I have no idea. Thanks for your help all!
