Ok, it is simple...
open the zip file
find extract
and extract the zip to the place mentioned in the instructions
Then follow the rest of the instructions EXACTLY so not to cause any error
and there you go, any more problems, feel free to ask
I did that but when I click on pref.cs and the comp makes mean noises at me

Ive managed to do the 1st and 2nd steps but it wont let me into the pref.cs folder :(
