I dont know. Ive taken on 3 morons b4 or 2 newbies and a vet but 3 good players... Dont think anybody could stand a chance unless luck was insane.

Well, it's not a matter of winning... I mean, there's no chance of winning... Unless of course, it was me against the three lucky champions... B) *ehem* XD JK

It would be more of, "how do they fend against all odds!" I think a truly Elite Scrummer would find a way to not only score, but give them a run for their money! Only the 3 on 3 champions will have the power to decide if they are worthy of being a member of the Elite Scrummers Club... They will be the initiators and make their decision objectively, based on how well the contender performed against them.

Once you're a members, you're always a member, and no one will be able to take that away from you, ever...

Still think it's a bad idea? If so, we'll forget it, and I'll delete this thread ;)

Uhhh u should have seen this game of team scrum last week. It was me and 3 bots VS 5 of the vets in the tourney. It sucked but I only lost by 4...

Hmmm, I still think 3 good players can make one good player look bad.... I mean it's just sicking two guys on the challenger while the 3rd chases the scrum... Lucky spawns would really be the only salvation.

I kind of imagine it like 2 muscle bound dudes holding one dude's arms back while the 3rd muscle bound dude gut-punches him silly. I guess it would be kinda funny in an absurd way...

@ Kris, no... But I got TT's for a buddy of mine for christmas and sometimes, I go over to his place to play. He uses the name Freeloader in the forums, but hasn't kept the same "in game" name for more than 3 or 4 days... I'll let you know next time I go online ;)

@zIMP, I was just trying to come up with an idea to seperate the exceptional scrummers from the rest. This is the second idea I had, Click Here to see the first.

Edited 1/20, oh zIMP, I just noticed on the other {ES} thread, you made a suggestion about winning a game with a 5 point spread. That would be a good idea, but you would need witnesses. The server would have to be populated by at least 2 of the 3 champions. And they would have to attest to your victory. If everyone agrees, I think that would be a good idea.

@ACA, Maybe you're right... But I think you could hold your own against 2 of the 3 champions... And of course, you don't have to win to become an Elite Scrummer, but you would have to put up one hell of a fight. XO

Anybody who thinks they can take on tanky, j, and myself is not living reality.

--this whole elite scrummers thing would need to have so many variables it wouldnt be worth it. Swipes, kills, blocks, long runs, tricks, passes, diving, camping, there are so many things....those of us who are at the top know who the elites are...leave it at that...

Well, out of 5 games of individual scrum (to each their own, no teaming up) against you, Tanky, and Jangy... I'd bet I could win at least 1, and come in second at least 2 of the other 4 rounds... I've stopped claiming to be the best. I was on a roll for about a month before I uninstalled think tanks, and my head got all swollen. I tried playing a couple weeks ago and got my ass whipped by some guy who was a grade a jerk! But I must say, it was quite a humbling experience. My heads not as big anymore.

As far as an Elite Scrummers club. I still think it's a good idea. Battlemoders get the 40 + club, why shouldn't scrummers get a club that defines them as being better than most.

Disagree. Too many variables. Also the 40+ club doesnt necessarily represent the best BMers. Many of the best are not in the 40+ club. Many dont care. Some of the 40+ club arent even that good at BM, they just wanted in the club. We know who is good and who is not. Leave it alone.

Name one good Battlemoder who is aware of the 40 + club and not in it, and I will leave it alone.
