The ones you have been seeing arn't new, they are from anouther game and were imported to this game. No I don't know how to make buildings.
Get the demo of torque game engine or the full version and access the files in it. Get the.dts files and the skins to go with it and then simply insert them into your own TT files. I could explain it better but im in a hurry XD
Oh nvm all I got dominator 2 to tell me ND THERE IMPORTED in my thinktank folder but still thanks mudda
