There is no dedicated folder on the mac. That's for batch files on Windows. You need to launch a dedicated server via the terminal on a mac.
Actually, you can write shell scripts (end in.sh) with the instructions under "Dedicated Servers" in the sidebar. To get them to work, be sure to right-click on them, go to "Properties", and make them executable. That's how I do it. (I use Linux, but OS X and Linux are both Unix-based, and so this trick works for both of them).
