I know there was an authore script that Art made that announces the map name. I think the chat logger script also does the same thing.
I thought the ACAS did it. XD

Get the ACAS. Then go to game/server/Admin Script/prefs.cs. You will find a line somewhat like this:
$Admin::Hoster = "NAME";
Change that to Hibiki instead.
