You just have to continue the file names
Like Lush begins in TT1_1 and ends in TT1_4
You just need to name the map TT1_5 if u want it to be after TT1_4
You can do the same with TT2_y and TT3_y (Being y the number of the map)

When you do this does it have to be hosted as a dedicated server?
No, it dosen't need to be a dedicated server.
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.

Just wondering where I can add the names of additional maps. I've downloaded some of dash's maps, but when I got to look at them in TT using the create a server option, I only see the original maps. I've done this once before, but now I just can't remember how to do it or what file I need to edit.
