I have actually cosidered that...
I wanted to try but I got discouraged because it would be hard to do...
It would hard to make Lorien or Fangorn because the trees are so big
And Mordor is a huge land scape which there would be some long drives to get across the map.
Rohan would be fun to make. :) so would the shire :P
It would be also cool to have Weathertop and Bree, or maybe even Helms Deep %)
Sounds interestiong, and for the ring try making the reload gate having the ring look, wit the scribbled words and all.

I don't know how to mode, nore do I even have TT's installed for that matter. But if I did, I would try to creat a "Lord of the rings" Theme Mode! With Mordor being frantic, The Shire, and rohan being lush, make a "Fanghorn Forest" the whole nine!
Man, that would be cool!
