Graffiti on the walls....instead of mist a lake with trash in it...just like the bronx..make it nice and seedy

Its not possible to do water on TT and the graffiti mod is allready done...

Theres a way, but it only looks like water from the outside, when ur inside its like u were anywhere in ur mod, but I tried it and it isnt good, so dont do it, hmmmm more ideas?

Have you though about making the water level deep enough???

Trust me water is way hard if been trying 4 like ever closest I got was an optical islussion the mod "the carribean"

There is a way that u can go into the water (making an object) but when u are inside u dont look like ur in water
