Rules
1. Never imposter other people -if you imposter it makes this army bad and yourself get really bad. We do not want horrible people - punishment BANNED
2. Never swear -sometimes cussing could be offensive to some people. If there was a small child bout 4 years old then we wouldn't want them to learn swaring from are army and the game. punishment kicked for 4 weeks
3. No spamming - it clogs up the forums and there is no use for it -punishment kicked for 4 weeks
4. Be friendly to all TT'ers especially OC - everyone needs friends cause we don't want to be all lonely all by are selfs do we. punishment banned from OC
5. Never camp bm or dive in scrum - I say there is no need for it. If you think its good and fun then your ridcoulous.punishment can't go to 2 wars
6. You can't leave and come back 3 times.After your 3rd time and u go you can not come back punishment banned from OC
7. You can only be in 1 other clans - the max u can join is 3 clans but the 3rd clan you need to tell the leader - we need full loylety - punishment leave a clan, or OC
8. Listen to higher ranks - If you don't then your getting yourself's into massive trouble - punishement kicked for 2 weeks
9. Never ask to be promoted - we will decide when you get promoted - punishement if anything higher than troop get demoted if troop miss a war.[I]
10. Always protect the name of OC - We really don't want people saying OC is a really bad army do we - [I]punishment if I find out you hate OC BANNED
11. Give me your E-mail - I can get in touch with you then - punishement nothing
12. Be as active as you can - we don't want this army to die do we. -punishement not here for 1 week= 2 day kick 2 weeks 1 week kick 1 month = 2 weeks kick year = banned

Power - 67/100 - I don't really see the goal of this army - Try to war whit a T-5-A or a L-3-A
Recruitment - 70/100 - You have some good, and some "bad" members, 3/4 of your members is on my banlist! - Rules, Rules, More Rules! And specific recruitment.
Rules - 70/100 - They are good, you have enough, but the punishments are sometimes explained "silly" - Rewrite them on a "serious" way.
First Post - 80/100 - Yap, that's a good start! It's follow- and readable.
Members < Colonel - 60/100 - Hmm, most of them arn't active, and don't post at PTT. - Urge them to post at PTT!
Members > Colonel - 75/100 - Yep, thats okay. Post a bit more at PTT, though.
Teams - 80/100 - As I saw the ppl playing, the teams seem to be OK. Try to put some-one in one team only, though.
Ranks - 75/100 - Very much ranks, a bitto to much ranks - Remake them.
Overall - 72/100 - Okay...!

Ok OC, seems that today is your grading! I was not able to do it yesterday under some circumstances, but it will be done today!
Power: It seems that OC is very decent when it comes to power. You have had 3 battle with two of them being small armies, and one being a now recent top 5. Although you have beaten this one Top 5 army, it only seems that it was before it became a top 5, and makes this win technically not a win against a Top 5. I have yet to see you challenge one of the true Top 5, whereas they are UF, SA, Fi, VT... People are beginning to respect you, but it seems you sometimes do an awful amount of boasting, annoying some other players. Also, you are recruiting some good players, but only a few are of legendary vets. You should possibly recruit some more vets, which would amazingly make your army much more powerful. But then again, you are recruiting a lot of new members, who could possibly be very loyal! Besides that, it seems your army respects you and will not cause a riot against you.
Rules: It seems you are actually doing pretty well in this part. Your rules have been made clear, and are quite firm, due to your punishment system. You also have an Oath (heh seems that came from DAS!), which will make your members have to think before joining. That is good, because you don't want members who just leave after a day now do you? There is not too many flaws in these rules actually. They are of very good order!
Power: B- 16/20

Leadership: B- (Do not boast of your army as much) 16/20
Rules: A (good job!) 19/20
