I've been thinking lately how cool it would be to be able to get together and meet my fellow tankers over beer and pizza. This is especially true of my league teammates. Chatting over messenger has really added to the experience of getting to know the guys on the team. I think hanging out with the TT gang would cool. Maybe we need a convention!

Oh dear. That's all I would need is TT conventions. My wife will divorce me for certain, as I pack up my bags to head out to the latest TT convention in LA or Las Vegas. LOL!

Speaking of past year, the 1 year anniversary of the launch of ThinkTanks is upon us, if it hasn't already passed. It was released in mid April I believe. I know I purchased the game on April 26^th (still have my email receipt)

Given that, I believe a celebration IS in order.

We have to do SOMETHING to honor the 1-year anniversary of the greatest game ever created in the history of the human race! :P

A comment from BraveTree on the exact release date here would be appreciated. I will mark it in my calendar from there on out XD

It's got a funny skew because it's on a world projection (to eventually add the overseas blokes). US cities with 2000 census populations >10,000 are shown. I think there was a location thread somewhere around here I can start pulling from, but post your city and I'll start pegging the map. Once we get a few, I'll calculate our TT epicenter!

You may have seen a player who said "relax, have a homebrew". That was me! I'll supply the beer! I do something clever for the labels on each 5 gal. Batch and have come up with a few ideas for a TT beer label:

TT Light (of course)

TT Heavy (for those who savor heavily hopped beer)

I had some more that I can't remember at the moment. It would also be very cool to have an "Artwork by KillinBrainCells" credit on the label (hint-hint).

Pffft all vehicles, thats not a mans game, thats how you get n00bs into your server spawn rapeing with a scorpion. :) BTW, I can see my house in that picture, it is on one of the points of the eastern part of Texas.

Well I like adding scorpions for noobs who think they are all powerful. Its hilarious watching them repeatedly get into tanks while I take them out with the sniper rifle. Ive never seen a noob do well in a scorpion.

The tanks are basically obstacles when everyone figures out not to get in them but we need shields for more fun and with infinite grenades thats all some people will do, throwing grenades constanlty. Gets annoying. And I especially hate the maps that are smalll and in some building. Sidewinder is the best.
