There are people who are good. There are people who are bad. But one catagory is the main thing in the game. Who is the best? Well since the past year I've been playing I have come to a full conclusion the best players in TT. Im going to list them by the best in BM(Battlemoder), Scrum, TM(TheModders), and last but not least the plain old people who suck.

Lol just because u beat me ina duel once doesnt mean ur better. U have to be consistent. Any experienced player knows what im talking about. Duels are not liek BM. Should I be offended that no girl was ever considered as the best TM player??? Maybe we are a dying breed??? LOL. Who cares???? LOL. I know that I have battled many of you, that includes you too Hoosane. I know that I have beaten many of you too, that includes you too Hoosane, Mr I had to leave in the middle of a game because of an emergency. Funnily enough this has happened twice, whilst I was winning too, meanie.

Now, so what is the point to my post here, you want to prove a point, and see who is the best, then give me a try, you might be surprised that I can actually play, and that this girl is a force to reckoned with.

BTW I am definetely not the best in TT, if you want to play them, then go and see Supra, AU and Tank0r, that might be a good start. First, try and get through The Professor and Leopard, before you go and mess with the heavy weights, and get some well deserved practice.

I am by no means a newbie but I havent been around as long as some of the vaunted names tossed around in this thread. I began playing (albiet breifly) in ctf and scrum but tbm really captured my fancy quickly. That is where you would most likely find me "getting some".....or others as the case may be. I dont remember any of the players I played against in ctf or scrum. I have been thinking about trying it again as id like to encounter some other good players that may not play tbm. Actually ive only seen hoosane twice and he was too foul mouthed to bear (lol) but I would like to see you, tally, jangles etc in action.

Grrrr , here we go, time for me to spout a diatribe of inflections, Since when did playing a video game ever become gender specific? I am so tired of political correctness crap. If your are a good player why does gender have to enter into the equation?For years women were looking for the right to be treated equal , now you espouse there should be some differential consideration given for your prowness because you are female? , ahggh. I throughout life have only judged people on merit and ability, it is this continual vasilation of being equal but given "special" consideration due to one's sexuality that mystifies me. However I digress.

As for the age old question that seems eternal in this forum, "who is the best" - my answer on any given day could be anyone. There are days when I take Supra and Tankor apart,.Ask Tankor yesterday I killed him 10x in a row, but the day before , I might as well been a newborn kitten in a cage lol.

As for lessons, yes we in the league train people to play better and to enjoy the game, this is one of the ways to maintain fun and decency in this game.

I use different names too, especially when I want to battle some morons...as far as I know we are not gender specific as far as rankings...the best know who the best is and I just havent seen any females lately that fall into that category. Who knows about tomorrow? Who knows how many women are posing as men? To me it doesnt really matter. There is such diversity here...different ages, races, countries, religions, sexes, etc...the best do not conform to a certain stereotype. Feel the love...

I have seen lauryn take on nearly all of the best BMers as well as myself. I have also seen her get beaten by the same group and also by myself...there are so many variables....as I have said before...we know who the best are...they are the ones who almost NEVER have a bad day in BM or Scrum....that narrows it down to 8 BMers and 6 scrummers IMHO...

When I play TT, do I care whether the best player is male or female??? NO. What I am after is a challenge, and some fun. The comments which I made were referring to the fact that there are a small number of female players in TT. It would be great to see a female player at the top of TT, and it would be great for the game too, however please don't mistake this comment as some kind of vendetta as to whom is the better sex. If I ever get to the top, I would like to think that I made it because my skills speak for themselves, not because I am a girl.

Am I seeking special rights as a girl or have I ever asked for them??? NO. The fact that I am not mentioned as one of TT's greatest is a measurement to me, of the mountain that I have ahead of me, to get there. I use this as a measurement of how I rate myself against other players too.

I believe on our day we can all beat anyone, however this need not matter at all, as it consistency is what sets out apart the lions from the cubs.

I too have had my ups and downs but I think thats what keeps me coming back. There are days when I can take on anyone (with a few notable exceptions - you know who you are) and then there are days I can do nothing but get blasted. I think you have all enjoyed those moments of mine as well. Lol. I do think its good lauryn wishes to be counted among the best even as a woman because I think it creates diversity. I have enjoyed learning the scope of the players ive played with whether it be a woman (lauryn) a 12 y.o. (airforce) or an asian (kim-although we rarely see her). Do my opinions change or do I treat someone differently because of this? No, but it is interesting to know the variety of players in the game. I myself am irish/german/native american and hope to be one of the best of that particular variety. Lol. Anyway all our brains are pink and all of them launch into the atmosphere when killed right?

This has been an interesting read.

For me, the criteria for the best players was not only consistency, but also the ability to cross-platform. The complete player - and they're aren't many of them (or weren't when I played religiously) can get it done in BM, CTF, and Scrum. I would love to compete - along with my partners Tanky and Bolo - in a 3 on 3 showdown against the best three BM'ers and/or CTF'ers and just see where they stand inside and outside of their element. Chances are they might not be standing at all.

Needless to say, it would be an interesting showdown and some mighty fine entertainment.

Given the crossover of requisite abilities in the three related games, it is quite possible they may still be standing.

I'm not the best, but I certainly don't suck. At Scrum, BM, or CTF... Have nothing to prove... Just play for fun :)

The best players in my mind are those that just play and don't whine or argue the entire game. No matter the skill level if you're a good sport you are a great player in my mind. The best players in all actuality are the bots. They don't talk. LOL.

These are the guys (and gal) that give me the hardest time, as they are all around good, and never seem to be mentioned among the best players.
