Hey cloud did u buy that car u got? Or did ur parents cuz thats a pretty nice ride u got der bro.

After my mom started doing real-estate in Sacramento when she bought 6 houses there each for about 300,000, she got quite a bit of money. They houses went up like 150% in about 3 years. So she sold 3 of them and made some mucho bucks. She bought more houses and things are diong well.
We got some people to build a 6 story building in Oakland which will each have 8 offices on each story. So thats going well and we are getting a bunch of people. Great money flow. But before that we were struggling. Well I put in half of it. One of the houses in Sacto is for me to rent it out to people when Im in college so when I get outta college I will have this house which should appreaciate quite a bit. So good future. B)
