Your pc? Well if your pc try this
go to c:/program files.
because I dont know where you bought TT press ctrl+ f or f3
try searching for think tanks
when it find it go to: gamedatashapes anks and there it is
Note: you can also search for tank01 if you are in program files
I 98 windows
To get the blank file, click on "Skin Library" and look for the blanks.
Well if you have win 98 you have pc right? :o well just follow hat is say above and you'll be fine

I can't find the tank01.jpg file in my computer. Some one help!
