For example, we will be able to not only see who is playing on a server as we can now, but also the score for each player and the amount of time left in the game.
Can be done, need the source. (at least other Torque games have it)
Probably do the other stuff as well. Only concern is that that would use bandwidth and cpu.
@Nuts
Thanks for the info. I agree about bandwidth/cpu resource hogging. I remember the CTF servers being extra laggy/sluggish when -z- was capturing all of the game information for his ranking system. Would be impossible to do for team scrum because it would kill the server performance.

Whatever happened to some of the cool features PTT used to offer us? For example, we used to be able to see who was playing on TT any time we wanted from this website! That is now gone. Also, there used to be some kind of ranking system for CTF players that automatically updated the scores for anyone who played.
I was wondering if our server admins that run private servers could come up with a way to show who is playing live on their servers via a website?
Also, is there a way to document and track the scores of games played on these servers? For example, can a King of the Hill server be created for indie scrum that keeps a running tally (no pun intended) of every final score of games played on that server? It would let you see the results of every game played that day and also see a log for total wins and goals scored.

Monthly goal scoring leaders
fishtank 102 goals (6.35 goals per game average)
wiley 92 goals (5.75 gpg ave.)
GQ.shooter 89 goals (5.56 gpg ave.)
Note: obviously there are going to be flaws in any system like this. The main one that comes to mind is the matter of wins and losses.
If you enter a game with a minute or so left you will obviously get a loss. Is that fair? No. Can anything be done about it? Not now anyway. In the future, TT might give us more information when we're looking at servers. For example, we will be able to not only see who is playing on a server as we can now, but also the score for each player and the amount of time left in the game. We can then decide if we want to join that contest or wait for the next one or another server. The scoring average will be impacted a great deal too by the amount of time left in a game you enter.
