VT Code of Conduct
1) No swearing offensive language will not be tolerated. Please refrain from using it.
2) No derogatory comments This includes racism, sexism and crude humor or any other such comment which one might find offensive.
3) No spamming Not only does it clog up the forum, but it hinders the armys ability to run smoothly and effectively.
4) No kamikaze style tactics This includes cliffhanging and diving they are unfair tactics, and anyone caught using them will be kicked from a war or practice.
5) It is required that you have VT in your name although exemptions will be given if reason is warranted.
6) You may only be in one other army this is to ensure loyalty to VT.
7) Respect all TTers and army members Respect among any armys members is key to its success.
8) When the case warrants it, prepare to defend VT if a derogatory comment is made about it by a non-VT player However, dont go as far as to make the situation worse, use your best judgement.
9) Be active and loyal There is no point in being in an army if you are not going to be involved in it. All members are expected to check-in with their superiors at least once a week.
10) Alert a superior if a VT-member charges a member based on an unauthorized rule.
11) Do not recruit unless you are a recruiter You may, however alert a recruiter about a player that you feel may be of value to the army
12) No Impostering This is the worst thing you can do, and will result in a direct and immediate ban.

- attains the necessary rank
- has been noted by a superior with good markings
- has shown him/herself to be a dedicated and loyal member beyond expectations
- has reflected the VT Code of Loyalty with consistency

Well general it seems you have "commanded" me to give your army a grade, so here it is!_Power: Well this clan is obviously a very new clan, only around more than a month old. You have quite a good amount of members for a small beginning of an army, showing me you are recruiting in a slow manner, which is not bad, yet I'm not exactly sure if you are just asking people to join, instead of searching for good players. I also see your army has gotten in a few wars, which is good for clan activity and such. So it seems fitting that you are doing well, and I am anticipating that you will be more powerful next time I grade you!_Rules: Ah yes, your rules are very fine, and you have a good amount. Yet I believe you should make them a bit more detailed, like as in why your members should follow those rules. Maybe adding a few rules of your own mind (like some rules that no other clan has) that would make your clan feel a bit more special than the others. There also seems to be enough discipline for members who do "crimes" in the TT world. Yes, it seems very good...for now._Power: B- 16/20 _Recruitment: B- 16/20_Leadership: B- 16.5/20_Rules: B+ 17.5/20_Daily update: A 20/20_Overall Score: B 86%_Quite a nice grade for a new clan. Hehehe, good evening VT. Here is your new grade inspection. Are you ready?_Power: Yes, your power has truly improved since last time, for I see you now have now a good well balanced group of members. It's obvious this is a TBM army (like DAS), which is good, but you also need to have TS players as well, which DAS also has enough to form a small scrum group. If you want to become the best army of them all, you have to have a group of players for every section of gameplay (BM, Scrum, CTF). I also see you have one a few wars, which is great, for it shows you are ready for battle. But I have yet to see you defeat one of the Big Five (UF,SA,ST,DAS,XTL). If you do, that would automatically make you a top 5 clan. So go on and try to go for the best!_Rules: Ahhh a huge improvement since my last inspection of VT. Many many many rules I see in your Code of VT, which obviously shows detail and has been overlooked at least once. Thought I find this interesting:_4. No cliffhanging- Its a awy to score high and say that your good, it really shows that you are noobish and cant fight for your life_5. Heh AO grades this army for the THIRD time? I've only done that for UF!_Power: ah....you seem to be steering your power in the right direction. Your members obey you very well, and do not totally question your authority. You also have some advisors and helpers to help you watch over this army as well I see. Now although you have lost every battle you have gone against the Big Five (UF, SA, ST, DAS, XTL), you are showing your courage to not be afraid and challenge one of these mighty armies in battle, as I saw today with DAS vs VT. I am impressed by also the members in this army. Many who were not known by the TT world, are now shining brightyl, and have skills that are matched with some of the veterans here in TT. Good job on making them into top-notch fighters! Your record is also 6:5, with 3 of those losses being the Big Five (SA, DAS, XTL). But if you took off the big five, you'd be in 6:2! It shows you are one of the top newer armies! Good job!_Rules: heh I am truly impressed. You have changed everything that I asked for you to change, and have done well. Punishments for each rule breaking...absolutely MARVELOUS!
