When I try change a new TSStatic to tank instead a rock or a tree, my TT crashes when the lighting mission is near to end.

I remember few threads about these but dont know where are they, PTT search didnt help either.

I used line "game/data/shapes/tanks/tank02.dts"; and it doesnt work. I dont understand why, I have seen many people using tanks above their tankchangers.

Well everyone who used them has quitten TT?

No, I don't use them, but if u have TGE, its pretty simple:

Place a reload gate.
place the tank you wish to use above it
delete the reload gate.
save it and put that.mis in your mission folder.
open it and use modwizard to place another reload gate under the floation tank.
then go to your.m is file and make the reload gate the tank changger gate.

This is just how I would do it, so im NOT positive.

Riiight... I think its pretty straight forward. And ive been here much longer than you, and know more.

It's more complicate then that... Only the UFO works that way. I do reamember a thread like this a long time ago, but I think you are going over your head with something not that cool. O and you don't need to delete then place anouther reload gate just change it to tankchangers, but place a rock above the reload gate and change it to the tank you want.

Cannedsplam have you tried that way? Why would it work if ModWizard doesnt work...?

Bomber is correct, you need to make a new datablock for the tanks to use them above the reload gates. The reason given to use was the tanks but not the UFOs store their ammo in the DTS file. And to tell you the truth it's been so long I've forgotten how to do it.

I've done that way its works. But Bomber is smarter with this so listen tohim.

No I made it
