Heh, then get TGB and make your own! Yes I have become a GG pimp, deal with it. I just bought the TGB pro and have been having fun. Did this in about an hour. Yes it a copy of the scroller game and pulling in the tank from tankbusters . They have the game backwards :) Still have a lot to add to it though.

Anyone thinking what I'm thinkin', prolly not, don't mind me :)

Nice Mod NUTS. Awesome map, especially the sky! ;)
Yes to create is fun. If you whip up something playable I'll try. Hopefully it won't be as addictive as TT!

I've seens lots of talented folks creating things for TT; it would be interesting to see an alliance of talents, toward creating a final product!

I can help you by setting you gusy up for e-commerce with PayPal! %)

Tankbusters looks fun da oui.

Ya, my next feat is to do a top down tank shooter game. I got the adventure pack so I can throw in a bunch of stuff. Wonder if I can bring a scrum in, heh.

I did this in about 20 minutes. Yes it kinda shows :). The pic really does not do it justice. The water is animated as well as some trees, I still need to work out the tank and the turret for shooting with the mouse. Yes, all I did was take a pic ot the TT tank and used gimp to cut it out, I kinda suck at that. There is ton of stuff that can be added and/created. Not so sure about the physics yet, since its 2D not sure if it really has any. Guess all I care about for now is that if I hit a tank, I get the scrum. I wish I had more time to spend doing this. I think my next focus is getting the tank up to playabilty. Making the maps and that stuff is very very easy.

Hey NUTS keep us posted. You're pioneering something here!
If we'd met 3 years ago when I had more time, I'd be sooo into helping you! XD
But unfortunately I'm becoming aware of my limits, re. Commmitting to something and saying 'yes' vs. Actual delivery.

Well, actually, Monica, Racer, Art Crazy, Canned Splam, Scythe Man, Warfare (lost his comp, though), and I have a TGE game that is planned to go on the market somtime in 2008. So, uh... Yeah, I have been thinking kinda like you XD

@Hugo
Define busy. I am a father of 3 ratbasterds and just got a promotion at work. Which means more hours, but less days, = longer days. Thats what so cool about TGB, you don't need a lot of time or knowledge. By no means is there a button to push to make a game you just though of but the vast majority of the answer are easily found. I was wndering if it would be possible to bring the TT tank in in 3D form, yup, got my answer. Don't mind the turret you'll see why in the next pic.

I think I will stick with the 2D tank though. Seems a little easier to work with. Plus I know how to implement the tank movements better. Next on the list is trying to get the 2D tank to fire and add a reticle of some sort.

@proud_gaminggeek

I have seen some of the stuff you guys have been doing. It looks really good, keep it up! I can't wait to see what it looks like in the end.

While I idon't feel like posting the forums on here, feel free to look at some of the modeling monica, war and I have done. Racer has so far only had time to skin one thing, but trust me, it will be excelent!
