Ok I have paint shop pro 9 the full vertion and how do I make the eges of the tank round ?
and how do do like the chome effect?

You can start by not messing with garbage programs and get photoshop and Eye candy filters

I use Photoshop, so I won't be any help with paint shop pro. Try a google search for some plug-ins and tutorials. There's plenty of free ones out there.

For the Weedeater tank, it was just a simple plastic wrap effect.
