Well, there where some tries to make a TT-newspaper lately, most of them didn’t go anywhere -sadly-.
So, I’m trying it myself. The TTWF will come out every Sunday @ 6am EST (starting of 23th)
I’ll give some more info.

What Will Be In TTWM?
-A section devoted to leagues
-A section devoted to modding & scripting
-A section devoted to skinning
-A section devoted to armies
-A section devoted to “reclam” (more info about this one, later)
-A front-page for special announcements.

Section Devoted To Leagues
-Winners of leagues
-Interviews whit the winners (if they want to)
-A schedule of the leagues (possibly)

Section Devoted To Modding & Scripting
-Pictures of new mods (whit comments)
-Interviews whit the modders (if they want to)
-Pictures of scripts in action
-Interviews whit the scripters (if they want to)
-A list of current (newest) mods & scripts
 
Section Devoted To Skinning
-Pictures of the skins (in action?) [note: no lay-outs]
-Interviews whit the skinners (if they want to)
-A list of all current (newest) skins.

Section Devoted To Armies
-All announcements army-relating
-Scores for wars (whit, eventually little interviews whit leader of both armies (winning & losing)
-A list of all active armies
-A list of all active & new armies

Section Devoted To Reclam
This, will not be really a “section”, it will just be integrated into the other sections.
The type of reclam (Modding, Skinning, Scripting, League, and Army) will be in the right section.
So don’t think about modding reclam in the army-section.
You can also ask to place reclam on the front-page.
You may make your reclam your own (better choise), or let it make by me (badder choise).
I would prefer you make it your own. ;)

There is no need to register for the TTWM. The file will be made.pdf, and the download put here.
 
‘Jobs’ That Can Be Asked For ATM
-Reclam maker (someone who makes the reclam-announcement for the ones that don’t want to it their selves)
-Photographer (gets pictures of mods/skins/scripts in-game, and sends them to me)
-Reporter (for the League-Section, and for the Skinning-Section)

Nathan, I am waiting for my first TT magazine. What's taking so long...
