For the new main post I think that we should have the following:
1. A list of active members
2. The VT motto
3. A list of upcoming war dates and times
4. A VT skin and banner at the top
5. An important post at the bottom (ex. SA war at 6:00 est today! Check your email for the password)
6. Good organization that makes the 1st post easy to update ( a section for members, subdivided into active members, master member list, hosters,etc.)
7. The practice times (Wednesday @ 6:30 est, Sat. @ 3:00 est. 1/2 TS and 1/2 TBM on each practice)
8. Etc., etc., lemme think more up :P

We in SA will not settle for these sorts of things! That is completely against what we stand for.

Personally my opinion is that the war would have gone in the same direction with or without the one heal.

However I will be still pushing for a rematch in TBM.

I'd like to apologize on behalf of all SA to the VT members who showed up at the war.

Out of curioustiy, how did this happen? Did you just see the words "___ has been healed" or something? Did it stop the game? Full story please.

You are pitiful. I heard that you are already leaving so I won't have to do it myself.

We didn't stop the game. I had to leave, and I didn't hear about it until just now.

I hope we can have a fair rematch.

I thank you for your words - and I would like to apologize for overreacting, but it should be understood that I didn't expect that to happen.

We VT noticed that there was a severe shortage of SA's respawning - and then we soon realized that several SA members who were smoking heavily one minute would be complelty healed the next minute. I saw several of these - but I didnt interrupt the game on the asumption they had gotten a heal powerup.

You may be right about the outcome - but we were neck and neck there for a while, and then BOOM you guys were up by 20.

I thnank you for looking into this incident.

I am not sure about a rematch - since many VT havent gotten over what happened (and rightly so) and many are leaving on summer vacations soon.

How about we do a rematch in early July - just to let the dust settle?

PS: Please know that I am not blaming SA as an army. I also think we should have a neutral hoster for the rematch.

I would say the sooner we do this the better. Besides, I am leaving for a bit of July.

I beleive fletched warrior is a better player in VT and is leaving on Wednesday, correct? Do you have any idea when he will return?

Would you like to include him or without him? We could have this war as early as Thursday if you wish.

Big Show stated to me that leechy healed him once. I don't know, but that's what he said. Since he admitted it to you guys it wold make sense for him to say the truth to us as well

Im gunna have to agree with Spirit on that one, I saw so many of those happening, I was just thinking to myself that I was seeing something different, but then I knew there was someting Fishy, everyone was getting healed when there was no heal p-ups on the field, I jsut tryed to let it go, but then unleashed my anger on the Scrum game, I wasn't saying anything on TT, but I was screming swear words in my house ( thank god no one else was home) I dont want this to turn into another war prediciment, just like the HA TS war, So early July it is, I will decided later, right now im still cooling off, so please, if any VT has bad news, tell it to me Tommorow, please

Let me point this out to you.

You guys wouldn't have said anything if Big Show hadn't admitted it.

It seems that way in every war, how everyone on the other side is healed magically, but did you honostly see it happening before big show broguth it up?

Out of curiousity, again, did big show just randomly point it out or did one of you VT's confront him?

Well, the unfortunate thing is that our most active members - Fishy, Zot, General and fletched warrior are all going to be unavailable.

How about we schedule the rematch for the first weekend of July (this is what Vig would prefer)- I'm not sure what the dates are, sorry.

The following is an important message, please read it carefully .

As some of you may have figured out by now, the SA-VT war was rather frazzled due to details which will not be spoken of at this time (if you want more information, contact me privately, and I would be glad to help you).

General Vig and I are putting in place a 2-day break from VT - meaning no wars, practices or meetings. All restraints are removed for these next 48 hours. This is to allow people to rest and regather themselves.

We (Vig and I) feel this is best - to let the dust settle a bit before moving on. So, for these next 2-days, everyone is free to do whatever he or she pleases, be it take a break from TT, or whatever.

On the 25th of June there will be a VT meeting open to all members - including troops, to allow everyone to speak their minds. At that time we will discuss any necessary changes etc.

For now - the standing order is to relax, regroup and settle back. Things will get back up and running on Thursday. Also, please do not contact General Vig right now - he is taking some well deserved time off. - Zot and I will be running VT for the mean time.

@ Zot: Any questions - you may contact me via email, which is in my profile. I will not be available tomorrow or Wednesday from 4 - 7 pm eastern, so please watch over VT during those times.

For 48 hours - rest, relaz, recoperate - do what you need to do to "let your hair down." Once Thursday comes around we will reorganize things.

Answer my question.

Big Show admited to us that he had no idea why Leechy was healing people. Neither side asked the other - we both sort of talked about it at the same time. We were questioning Leechy' s actions in the war, and the SA folk who were there admitted that Leechy had done some "cheating" and they agreed that a rematch was acceptable.

@tankster: I noticed that at one point player36 seemed to be "invincible". I would let off a few volleys, retreat, shoot him some more, retreat, and wonder why he wasn't smoking at all. I saw leechy pausing during the game where he could be typing commands.

I will be gone tomorrow through July 13th, so I probably won't be at the TBM rematch. I will be completely inactive during that time.

Happy birthday - I'm sorry if we arent exactly party-ish, but you wil see if you read the SA-VT war thread that something happened which I will not recount here. I am the current leader, as Vig is taking a well deserved break and Zot will not be around for the next couple of days to a week or so.

I won't be on again tonight (ptt or tt) because I have tutoring from 4 - 7 and then I'm watching baseball with my parents. So for the time being, everyone just relax - I I stated a few posts above we are currently in a 2-day break.

Only Leech cheated - he used admin codes to heal his teamates periodicaly. The matter is now settled with SA.

We need some major improvement on TS. I have been thinking of having 3 types of players(interchangable during the game)
1. Cleanup/Cleanout: either clears the way to the goal or shoots the people shooting the Chasers. Needs to have good 1v1 and 1v2 BM skills.
2. Drivers: Are the players who drive with the scrum. Need to be good at driving and dodging. Go directly to the scrum.
3. Chasers: chase the people with the scrum. Need to be very good at accuracy. Go for a tangent between scrummer and goal.
I am a Cleanup/Cleanout type player. Please say what you prefer.

Can we make it 3 vs 3 cause we having a low number of player that Day sense people and summer and sruff

Incase you haven't noticed, Scrum is all luck. The goals are random, and it's sad you put that. You don't have "jobs" in TS. You do what is necassary to score. Frankly, I don't give a hoot who scored on my team, or if I have a "0" as my score. My thoughts.

@ fletched: VERY good idea - this should definitly start to help when we start to practice it in practices. I would be a driver. ;)

@ OllvAr: Yes, we did originally say that there would be a war DT-VT, but because of the SA events and others, VT is few days under a "relax phase" for a few days. General Vig will be back in the near future, hopefully around this weekend.
