First of all... This post belongs in the Modding Forum because it is about Modding...
Second of all... Modding involves being semi-literate... Your post makes no sense. If no one can understand you, what makes you think you will receive any help?
Third of all... Threads should be titled more like the following : "Help me please! I am having trouble with modding"

Please revise your post and explain further why you are having trouble.

Being a dick is out of the question...
Where in your first post did you state the problem was with installing modwizard?

I am more than happy to help, sorry for any insult. But here we have guidelines on these things...
The way things are done around here are enforced and this is often interpreted as being a jerk.

The -z-'s Modwizard is old. I have made a new one and dare I say, it is better than -z-'s

It is located here.

The instructions on my site are clear I think. If you have any questions post here and I will answer.
There is a newer version of MW coming out, soon indeed... Once a friend of mine gets off vacation. I need him to compile some code.

Happy modding!

Edit: also in the soon to come out version, all known bugs are fixed. So stay tuned.

@ xf...

Warfare is far from a "dick"

I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.

He's not just semiliterate, he's antisocial. Modding is a community thing, and if you don't know English, how can you expect to learn TorqueScript, the language we mod in?
EDIT: And besides, there's a huge thread called "THE MODDING RESOURCE". I'd start there. No-dip moment #20489!

Look xfgngdv,

In modding, there is no 'how' to mod. What I mean is, there is no 'instruction' to modding. When you mod, you make your OWN instructions. For example, in the special.cs file, you can mod tons there. Change the settings of some weapons, add a shape, whatever.

Thank you for coming to our community. Please re-think the second time when you want to post something. :)

Nobody here is being a bully. They come here, to mod and to help.
