Theres this girl whos mean and keeps spreading rumors about me and my friends what should I say to her to make her stop

Well first you must spread a rumour about her saying shes a big fat transexual little frog than than tell to her face that she is an old big A$$ that is all.....

Simply ask her WHY she is spreading the rumors and being mean. Don't ask her where other people will hear her, you don't want her to feel peer pressure.
You will render her defenseless if you just ask her WHY.
I guarantee you that she will stop.

I guess you could go TG's route, but I wouldn't guarantee she'll quit. She may answer with, "because I think you're a/n <insert insult here>". I mean, why are people here at PTT mean and enjoy spreading rumors? Sure, talk to her, but don't lose it if she takes the opportunity to be ugly to you to your face. And who knows, maybe she thinks you're speading rumors about her.

And if that doesn't work...get busy memorizing that frog quip. ;)

I agree with tankgirl........and yes......she may like u.....or one of ur friends......or like any of the mean girls in my class.......takes pleasure of making fun of others.......just confront her......calmly ask her why she started then and for her to stop......if she acts rude and stuff......then u just ignore her and say.......u must feel good about urself tellling in lies and starting rumors on others.....and tat she will soon get treated the same way by someone else......(not u) and will know how it feels :)
