LOL,
What???
U feel u have a right to say anything because you
have friends and family in the military?
Really?
How about growing a pair and help them out.
Btw I did my years honorably and never felt like
it was wrong, and I do give a crap, thats why I want
the troops to come HOME.
Caker
My momma repaired weapons in operation desert storm, and when I was 3 years old in '91 she came back and said she wouldnt have been able to do it without her friends and family supporting her all the way. Go to hell, vash. XO
I love my randylion

If you want them home Vash you should do a few more years and help out. I'm sure they could use more guys with experience. Or, are you now a caker? XD
Silly statements abound.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.
Invite a retard to a picnic and you'd better expect to get drool in the potato salad.
Are you now a caker?
YA AND PROUD OF IT... IF U CANT BELIEVE IN
WHAT YOU ARE DOING OVER THERE
THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE THERE AT ALL.
AND DUDE... YOUR SITUATION WAS DIFFERENT.
I ALSO JOINED FOR THE FIRST IRAQ WAR, AND
YOU R RIGHT SUPPORT FROM YOUR FAMILY DOES
HELP A LOT, BUT JUST BECUASE YOU SUPPORT
THE TROOP DOES NOT MEAN U HAVE TO SUPPORT
THE REASON FOR GOING TO WAR...
I DONT SUPPORT THE REASON FOR OUR TROOPS
BEING SENT OVER THERE.
I ALSO WANT OUR TROOPS BACK...
GO READ MY POST AGIAN..
BTW YOU G.T.H.
Vash has a point. Could someone please explain to me what difference it makes that people are "supporting" you (or at least saying they are) thousands of miles away, when they aren't even sending you anything? Bush "supports" our troops, but all he does is console bereaved families. I really don't get this. Remember:
Heck, we're behind you all the way!
Can be rearranged to say:
We're all way
the heck behind you!
@Vash
I respect your passion and opinions. Now, go drink two big glasses of water and take a couple of tylenol -- you'll thank me later.

Vash does have a point. How are you supporting them if you say "I love ya, but I want you to stay over there and get killed a little bit more for another country. But remember, I love ya." It just doesn't make sence to me. I guess if you really want to know, ask p-diddy. Last time I checked he was over there.
Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
Heh, so wrong.
You do know that the military is pushing this extensively: http://www.americasupportsyou.mil/americasupportsyou/index.aspx
I hear 30 seconds ads for this campaign at least a dozen times a day.
Oh, and don't forget to read the over 2,000 pages of letters from the troops to America.
But, I guess you're right. We should just ignore them because most of America doesn't support the war.
Such stupid thoughts. Sorry, but it's true.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.
Invite a retard to a picnic and you'd better expect to get drool in the potato salad.
Ask me again, but this time in a coherent manner.
FYI, I'm a very Liberal person. The whole, I have nothing to say so I'll make the mentally inept defend Bush stance, is futile at best. Try again. Bush has nothing to do with me supporting the men and women in our military.
So, go ahead, shoot.
I donate to the FOP every year. I even have a "Heroes Never Die," license plate. So, because I support the police, even though I'm not a cop, make my support void as well?
BTW, that license plate works wonder when you're pulled over for speeding. XD
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to be on my toes.

Ah, so you're in it for the free speeding?
What we're talking about is people who say they support our troops, but really don't do anything at all, like the "mentally inept" commander-in-chief we have. It's nice to know you guys say you care about our troops, but those words won't do crap for them. People who just say "Let's support our troops!" but don't do anything else have some serious problems. Hypocrisy doesn't win a war. If you donate to them and actually
support them with something, you don't count, since you really do
support our troops. But IMO, the mest way to support them is to bring them back home.
@ Rougue- I am sorry, I did not mean to offend you. I have nothing wrong with supporting our troops, I just do not support the war. I hear a bunch of people saying they support our troops, but think they are whimps if they want to come home. I don't get that logic. I think the best support would be to tell them to hang in there untill they can come home. But then again, I do not know, I have never been there. I don't think it is right for us to say what they are thinking.
Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
Thank you FO,
It helped a lot...
I would like to apologize to demo fuji, kkb, and anyone else
offended by my comments.
Family support gives a troop the courage and heart to continue each
day when you are over there... That is very important.
Like my grandma always told me, "if you cant say anything nice than
dont say anything at all."
I was just pissed off at kkb's stand; that troops are right being over there
and got carried away with it.
We are americans here,, and we should tolerate each others views
and ideas of what support is.
I happen to believe that we should be working on getting our troops
home... And NOW.
Some show thier support by saying they support the war and other
stuff I guess.
I guess I am feeling gulity for not being there has a lot to due with my
passion and intolerance of other opinions.
I still stand by my comments but maybe I should have showed some
restraint.
For that I apologize..
Btw - I think family is the exception in this thread...
Maybe I should have wrote that in the title.

I cant believe that some ppls feel their support really matters...
It would mean more to me if they if they were
next to me in a fight than cheerleading from
across the world.
In the military the (ground troops) dont fight for
u... We fight for each other and our country.
And if that includes you,, SO...
We call men that sit in the states that parade around
in the streets yelling out, good job, and support our
troops, cakers / or cake eaters.(of course except vets)
If you really want to show your support for a troop how
about joining in on the fight.
If your a man and physically capable and you believe
in the war,,,
Put your money were your mouth is buddy.
