How are we supposed to know how good another armies leader is and how they run there army.? To many behind the scene things happen by email and messangers that no one sees except there own members. We don't see how there leaders train or interact with there members, etc, etc, etc,
So this question is really pointless

Agreed. Between email, private forums/chatrooms, and Skype convos, you have no clue how well someone else's army is doing, and maybe it's better that way.
