These arn't too great skins he uses the grunge brushes for gimp and the tech brushes in gimp but still I would say good job for making the grunge brush usefull. ;)

Btw I use photoshop 7.0 which do you use?

I use Photoshop CS2.

And no, I didn't use gimp brushes... Wisp is made from brushes from some pictures and Cinema 4D renders I made, TTC2R is from my own grunge brushes from more pictures and my own pixel-by-pixel tech brushes (they're harder to make than they look!). Kaotik is all a C4D render I made.

A lot more work goes into these than meets the eye. ;)

It's called Volkanik. I was basically trying to capture the mood of the frantic levels, which were my favorite when I first got the game.

The pattern is really really good, but the problem is that it is just that. A pattern slapped on a skin. You need to really make it look more like a vehicle rather than a pattern on wheels. TTC2R looks really good because of this.

I'm making them in a program I bought called Cinema 4D. :)

Racer, I would honestly like to make a real tank skin, but I don't have enough free time in my days to sit down, think about what I'd like to make then spend the rest of the day making it, like my TTC2R skin. At the moment all I can do is slap on a pattern then build off of that. Hopefully soon I'll just have a day where I can make something I'm really proud of. :P
