1) dunno
2) dunno
3) Check the Modding Resources thread's FIRST POST. There will be a link to a guide posted on PTT that'll help you install it and get started. It won't tell you every specific thing like "how to make a map like Roo does" :P that you'll have to learn through trial and error.

1. Make sure that the Admin Script folder is in the game/server folder and that you have added the execute line to the bottom of the main.cs, it should look like this.

exec("game/server/Admin Script/main.cs");

2. Yes there is but its very buggy thats why noone uses it so I would suggest you dont either, but if you want to try get it from 187's site here

3. Follow Triv's instructions which are available - amungst most other modding things - in the MODDING RESOURCE or just click here

And as I say to every new modder, but they rarely listen to me, read the TGE user guide its not that big and only takes about an hour however it will tell you everything you need to know on how to use TGE, make terrain and place objects - IMO its a must!!!!!! You can download the guide from my website in the downloads section, click my sig to go there.
