Yes in some servers. Type /ufo for a small ufo. In other servers the admin will have to manually make u an ufo.

When I try to login as an admin when I put in the code I always get disconnected, what can I do?

Set the admin pass for your server to a password you can remember. You can only log in as admin on your own server.
If you are using dash's admin script, that's all there is to it.
If you are using Art Crazy's admin script, remember to add your name to game/server/Admin Script/Misc Files/adminnames.cs.
