Did he dope? Well he went riding with Bush recently...so we know he's been around at least one dope.
Actually all this was probably all stirred up by the presence of John Kerry as he traveled in one of the Discovery Channel team cars this tour.
Judgment impaired.
The French have also previously alleged that Armstrong did not have cancer. It was all a fraudulent hoax.
Like the Downing Street Memos, you can say anything but if you can't prove it or provide at least a little more credible background then so what...
I have always thought Dr. J should be checked out. No one should be able to slam dunk from the foul line in professional basketball like he did without some kind of assistance! Maybe it was in his shoes.
All this comes from the same person who wrote an "out-ting" book. Notice the end of the article.
A statement by Lance Armstrong
regarding the LEquipe article:
8/22/2005 - "Yet again, a European newspaper has reported that I have tested positive for performance enhancing drugs. Tomorrows LEquipe, a French sports daily, is reporting that my 1999 samples were positive. Unfortunately, the witch hunt continues and tomorrows article is nothing short of tabloid journalism.
The paper even admits in its own article that the science in question here is faulty and that I have no way to defend myself. They state: There will therefore be no counter-exam nor regulatory prosecutions, in a strict sense, since defendants rights cannot be respected.
I will simply restate what I have said many times: I have never taken performance enhancing drugs."
Bottom line, Prof. They have to make a living some way. Pushing a hot dog cart on the Champs Elysees was soooo out of the question.

Diggity dope?
What's the real deal? Did he dope? Does his body produce more blood cells naturally? Is it backlash against an American so owning Le Tour for so long?
Given Rafael Palmeiro's situation, and the current state of the media, I am hesitant to trust any story I hear. Who lies? Seems both those reporting and those denying are quite adept at spin and misrepresentation, as well as flat out lies. How will we ever believe anything? How can we even know what is true?
One can only surmise this is the intent of those in power - mass confusion. Bad information, making it nearly impossible to make well informed decisions. Such an inspiring story - I hope it isn't true.
