Tell about how you first got involved in ThinkTanks. Gold star for the most interesting story.

Well about a year ago I got really bored so typed in Google "Mac OSX Online games" after wading through rubbish I found TT so downloaded the Demo..played for a couple of months but then forgot about it due to computer crashing..........In September I remember I used to play a tank game so located it downloaded demo again.....less than a month later I bought the game and Tardah!!

I started playing a few years ago when I injured my knee and had nothing better to do. I found the game on Shockwave.com and liked the demo so much that I bought the full version. I was out of it for about a year, and only returned a month or so ago. I have now given up on my dream of being ThinkTanks Kickass Champion of the World, but I've started modding and hope that someday my fame will spread to future generations...mothers will sing "The Ballad of Perseus" to their children at night, and my picture will be on the $25 bill...until then, I'll continue to work on my skills. There's always "Vice Kickass Champion of the World."

I got involved in TT 3 years ago (yes, u heard right, 3 Years Ago! basically when the game first came out! )

I heard someone talking about a cool Tank game... Well As I was surfing on Shockwave.com one day, (as I had nothing better to do) I found Think Tanks, and it cought my sight.

Normally I didn't D-Load games to play them (I played self executed games on the websites), but since it cought my intrest so much Isaid.. "Oh heck, why not.." , so I D-Loaded the Demo Version, and played it's full 1 hour of Bliss, and the Online Portion of the game got me so excited, that I asked my parents if I could buy it. (Thank Goodness they said "Ok!")

I've never bought a game download, but I'm quite satisfied. And after 3 years of fun this game has brought me, I can truely say this was the best $20 I've ever spent! B)

Sorry, youll have to go with "Co-Vice Kickass Champion of the World." :P

^^^ Cadc... Game isnt 3yrs old yet. Get your facts straight. It will be 3yrs April 22 or 23. I played as a demo for a month or so...then I joined in early July 2003. I found the game through shockwave as well. Guess what? I haven't been back to shockwave since!! XD

Lol that reminds me of all the n00bs who say they have been on tt for 5 years..... That never gets old :P

Hmm Early july in 03 I ran into this game. I was up in the cold mountians on my new laptop and had nothing better to do. So I looked at shockwave and checked out the demo. 15 min after the demo was over, I bought it.
