Do you HAVE Flash (like $500)? If you do, you can download Macromedia's Flash Video Exporter for Quicktime Pro ($30) and then import that into flash.

You need to adjust the code from the link I gave. I looked at the source on your website and you have:

<embed src="sample.mov" width="160" height="144"

You just pasted in their code. Try:

<embed src="http://www.freewebs.com/sheenasmod/ThinkTanksmovie1.mov.mov" width="160" height="144"

...and set the width and height to your movie's size. Open the movie in quicktime and go to Movie/Get Movie Properties, and in the radio button choose size. It will show you the size to fill in.

I'm trying to open the movie right now. It's only 3.5 MB, but it's painfully slow. Only 224K after 5 minutes. :(

Np Eagle. Good idea putting a movie on your website. I had a few on my server and never even thought of adding them.
Problem solved. :)

Here ya go, Eagle!

Change this:

<OBJECT codeBase=http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab height=144 width=160 classid=clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B>
<embed src="sample.mov" width="160" height="144"
autoplay="true" controller="false"
pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/"></embed></OBJECT>

To this:

<OBJECT codeBase=http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab height=144 width=160 classid=clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B>
<embed src="http://nickdris.fileburst.com/Movies/sheenasmodmovie1.mov" width="160" height="144"
autoplay="true" controller="false"
pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/"></embed></OBJECT>

Or if you're using the freewebs web editor, here is the actual movie URL:

http://nickdris.fileburst.com/Movies/sheenasmodmovie1.mov
