Ok dude seriously just chill out you don't HAVE to be part of an army or anything. You are usually invited to join an army so you won't find any places to sign up on here. My advice is just play TT until you've become a little more experienced and then someone might luckily spot you and ask you to be part of their army. <----- only person that helped the noob :P
