I am delighted to see one of my pupils doing so well in their scrum endeavors! Take it from me, this was my prize pupil from my "Scrum 301 - Advanced Scrum Techniques" I taught at Scrum U and he knows what he's talking about.

You make me proud, grasshopper.

44 - Here is a letter from your mailbag:

Dear 44,

When I play a game of scrum, it sometimes seems like I can't do anything right. I clip rocks or trees as I drive by them, or I miss blocks and steals at the goal. I shoot into the air or the ground. What can I do to play my game better and more consistently?

Thanks,
Aimless in Albuquerque

I took the class and I still suck. I'm still waitng for my refund! :'(

Where is that check?

P.S. Is the scrum really supposed to go in the back of my pants? Looks like I crapped myself. Really? In the back?

WOW. The response has been OVERWHELMING. I can't urge you more strongly: If this is a service you're interested in, DON"T WAIT. Sign up now. I only have room for another 8 or 9 subscribers before I'll need to have Tally start handling overflow on a commission basis.

(Don't pay any attention to Napalm: You can only become as good as you're destined to be -- his destiny...how should I put it?...was very self-limiting. Check is in the mail Napalm.)

I recieved my membership packet today and I couldn't be more delighted. I'm really excited to get in the game and put these tip into action.

It might be a little while before I can find time to play though. Apparently someone got a hold of my credit card info and is using it to make bogus purchases in the Cayman islands. It really sucks, I'm spending most of my time talking on the phone with the bank disputing charges.

But once I get that worked out I should be back in the game to put these new tips in action. Thanks 44! :) B)

Sorry for the off topic post, but I didn't realize that you can post bail with a credit card!

Sorry to hear about the fraud 56k. I hope you get that worked out. Have you cancelled the card yet? If not, I've heard it's better to wait a little while -- it gives the police more of a trail to chase. Anyway, glad you are happy with the membership packet. I'm confident you're going to become a Top 5 player in no time.

You're going to love next week's Newsletter too. It will have a bit of a tropical feel to it and I'll be sharing my thoughts on how scrum and scuba diving share some important similarities relative to preparation. Should be a big help for you. Bye for now.

44, although I always dominate you at IS - I'll donate $50 towards a new muffler for your car!

What a day!

I would also highly recommend 44's service. Not only did he teach me how to play a respectable game of scrum, but he also taught me how to speak English.
No longer is my embarrasing goal-cry "Youpee! Ca y'est!" Now it's "Woot!". And through his tutelage, I've even come to understand advanced phrases such as 'Leroy Jenkins.'

Personal Testimony: I'm not a thinktanker but I play one on TT. I can personally tell you of the benefits of the 44 days of scrum and how they have improved my game. I was but a mere demo, who would come in and just shoot shoot shoot.

Under 44's guidance I learned that driving was far more important to the advancement of one's game. "Learn the fundamentals young phizzle and you will soon reach heights only dreamed of by the likes of tanty's and date men everywhere."
Under 44's instruction I also mastered the art of 'memphonics', a language imitated by many, but never duplicated.

44's scrum tips worked for me! They can work for you too!

@44,

Before I sign, does your program cover "Heavies in Scrumland"? Is there any help for us other than a slow and painful death of starvation of goals?

Look in 44's profile for his e-mail. He'll respond from his palatial mansion in Central New York.

You may have to wait a while. I heard he's doing a forum at the New York State Fair on scrum tactics
