Okay so I figured out how to download the whole thing but im stuck. I cant figure out how to load the saved mods. I have read the directions over, and over, and so on. What else could be done while modding? Ex. Like changing the weather or the fog? Remember Im a no0b at modding so don't be harsh, but do be realistic.

Welcome to a wonderful, but sometimes stressful world. My first advice is take you time with modding dont rush anything it will all come. The first thing you need to do is read every page in the MODDING RESOURCE lots of info here in fact if most new modders read this first it would stop a lot of repeated posts in this forum, so make sure you do. Also read the modding info section on the < of here is good to.

Get the basics down then move onto more advanced things.

Alright you just rename the MODs as one of the mission maps like TT1_1.mis.

Hope that helps! XD

Actually I would suggest the opposite. INFORMATION OVERLOAD!

I assume you just want to make a simple terrain and get it in a game as a first step.

You don't need to weigh yourself down with script info, emitter info and that sort of junk. Yoiu don't even need the expansion pack.

I would suggest starting small so you see how the game comes stock, and build up from there.

The important thing is to set up TGE correctly, and have the proper launch syntax. Using the default icon will launch the application, but you will not see missions that are located in the "game" folder you should have created.

This info is in the modding resource for all the operating systems.

If the modwizard is working fine but u dont know how to load it: look in thinktanks/contents/resources/game/missions or whatever gets u to the missions folder. Find your mod( it will be entitled "MW1_4.mis") or something like that and rename it to TT1_4.mis all u have to change is the "MW" part of"MW1_4.mis". If u cant find it then make sure when u make a mod that u press CTRL - S to save it.then it should appear in the missions folder.
