Thats not neccessarily true
ArtCrazys admin codes have observer as do dashs new version
The kicker with any observer is that the host must have it installed and activated
And each private server is unique so that advice ^ is no panacea

I heard from Scythe that in order to be observer in all private servers you need MonkeeMan's observer code. Can someone tell me where to get it? :o Thnx.
