Change it in the tankDb.cs.dso.
If you're on a PC the tankDb.cs.dso can be found in the following folder: c:Program FilesBraveTreeThinkTanksgameserverscripts

If you're on a Mac, CTRL-Click on the ThinkTanks application. Choose "Show Package Contents" from the pop-up menu, then go to: ContentsResourcesgameserverscripts

Open it up and change the LightTank brainjar from "brainjar01 .dts" to "brainjar02 .dts"
It won't show up in your tank selection window, but when you join a game it will be a heavy brainjar.
