Yes he could take the layout and say everyone bow down to my awesome white skin!!!!!!! Heh I hate these but he has only made like 3 good ones... Even though he just used filters

Guys... Calm down. He can make whatever skins he wants, I don't care if there is no effort at all, if it looks cool or helps my game I'm using it. It could be nothing but patterns and stolen items, but if it works, who cares? Stop getting heated over this. If you like it, fine, use it, if you don't, don't spend all day flaming.

Fine Pink I'll try to give him a break, but look, he has three HUGE!! pictures for each skin. Thats unreasonable. X/

I don't give a crap if he spent two seconds on them or not,I like them,they look good. And that's all that matters to me. Why spend two hours on a skin that looks good when you can make another skin in two seconds that looks just as well? I don't quite get the whole skinning idea,Is it work that counts,or the look that counts?

The liquid tank doesn't look so liquidy if you ask me.

Tank master I was concidering making a skin in the near future. What is the program that is displaing the 3D view of the tank skin? (Black background with the menu displayed?)

That would be the skin veiwer,or you could use the picture where you pick your tank,just switch to the tank that is being skinned.
