Those look actually pretty good for only using Paint!

They are much better than others which use MS paint...

Every skinner should download GIMP. And if you can afford it move up to something like Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro (I bought PSP 7 Anniversary Edition off eBay for $40), or if you have the $650, Photoshop.

I use Paint Shop Pro 7 Anniversary Edition which I bought off eBay for the price mentioned in the last post. It comes with Eye Candy 3, partial Eye Candy 4000, and other little filter demos.

Thats cool. I think im going to start on a tank brain now.

I've seen some amazing skins made using only paint. I forget where though, I'll have to look around.
