Yes, I connected to the servers and they indeed come from the same 1st 2 octects of Chongs IP address.

People have been questioning my judgmnent regarding Chong. I stand exactly where I stood before. Plain and simple, this kid has no place playing among others. I will not allow him in any server I have control over.

I admire the efforts of others (Cadc, myself, DeJa Vu, The enitre Admin Circle) trying to help him become a better person but year after year no matter who goes on a limb and extends themself to try and help this kid, he always reverts back to the vulgar child he is on the inside.

Chong is gone and will remain gone, invest in him at your own risk.

Looks like having no shockwave servers and being completely booted from Roo's has angered the little fellow.
