Well in TT I have 2 Golden Moments !
1. When Pasisano, Fried Chicken & I took on 5 very skilled scrummers and schooled them ! I think the score was 16 - 5 ! Man the three of us were so on that night it was unreal ! (I mean no disrespect by my comment on schooled)
2. When Team Europe & I won the 2004 TT Over All Olympics
In life I have 4 Golden Moments !
1. When my daughter was born ! Best day of my life !
2. The day I married my wife ! Second Best day of my life (she is not the mother of my child thats why she is not first)
3. When I won my first major pool (billiards) Tournament !
4. When I found out my poem was going to be published ! B)
I seem to only have bronze moments. Still waiting for the gold! LOL :P
@Napalm
You are too humble. I've seen you shine many times lately, bro. You've shot down countless tanks at the goal and scored some very acrobatic goals too. Those are the golden moments I'm talking about. Of course, those moments make up for all of the times we run into a rock or tree or give up the flag to an opponent at the goal!

Ya somtimes I feel like I have a sign on my tank that says "Free Scrum" LOL
Ahrrrg
Heh. If giving up the scrum near the goal to the opponent were a gold moment, I'd be the reigning gold medal winner! :P
As a near-retiree in the game, my few gold moments are long behind me. They happened so long ago I don't even remember any of them anymore. Or did they even happen? :o ;)
Paisano you wrote more about your TT golden moment than your real life golden moment :)
B
Lets now discuss our moments in Golden Showers...bo, you first...
I repeat, stay away from the red light district video booths in Amsterdam.

What are your favorite (or Golden) moments in ThinkTanks and in real life? For example, what moments make all of the crap you have to deal with it in TT and real life worth all the effort?
In TT:
Every once in a while, a good clean indie scrum game will breakout for some unknown reason! You will find yourself in a brilliantly contested server with 9 other excellent scrummers who do not camp, dive, BM or cliff hang/run! There is also witty banter and entertaining chat and lots of g1's and n1's and many OMGs and WOWs.
When your team just starts clicking as one cohesive unit in Team Scrum. Everyone knows their role and no one needs to type PASS or Kill Me!
Everyone understands the concept of spreading out to cover the map and clearing a path to the goal.
Preventing a game tying score is always a thrill, just as much as scoring the winning goal.
Scoring a goal that elicits a barage of OMGs and WOWs. The kind that even stuns yourself! Where you scratch your head and wonder how in the world you pulled that one off.
In Real Life:
Coming home after another long day at the office and hearing your children shout at the top of their lungs, "DADDY!!!" as they come charging at you and tackle you to the floor.
Lying down next to your partner at night after the smoke has cleared from another hectic day.
Reading a great book at Barnes and Noble on a rainy day while sipping cappuccino.
Playing your best tennis or golf on a lovely day.
Dinner parties with friends and family.
Watching a great movie that you didn't expect to be that good! (My Dog Skip did that to me)
***Thanks to Bolo, I decided to add more to my real life golden moments***
Hearing a beautiful piece of music or seeing a masterpiece work of art.
Beholding the sunset while on vacation on a beach or mountaintop.
Witnessing a random act of kindness as some stranger helps you or someone else out (I had a flat tire once in the middle of nowhere with not tools to help me get the lug nuts off the tire because the crowbar broke! Some man and his wife stopped and helped me out).
The aftermath of 9/11 as the entire country rallied together and helped one another during a dark period in history. It was like a major wakeup call for all of us. It changed our lives in more ways than we will ever realize.
The way the entire world is reacting to the Tsunami crisis!!! It is wonderful.
