You need to have some picture(obvisiously) which you want to post here. If the picture is in your computer, you need to upload it to somewhere first. Before you can post it to here.

Is one service which offers to upload your pictures for free.
Another is Imageshack, or PutFile for your bigger files.

I've actually made my first skin XD. They all stink but I was wondering how you post em...if someone could tell me that would help ;). Oh and by the way...i checked out that little question mark thing to see how to do it but I still dont understand :'(. Please help.
