I used a mac, but paint is probably usable too. And it is pretty chyalenging.

Could I use the Paint program? All it says is: paint.

You can use any paint program you want. Appleworks, Gimp, Paint, MS Acryillic, Photoshop, Paint Shop, and graphics converter just to name a few.
Heh! I'de be using MS paint... Me being a Windows user myself ;).

Easy way. Draw a flat line (horizontal). Now draw one at an exact 45º angle. Draw another, and then another flat line. The is the top. Easy way to do it. And I like the progress you guys have made so far :P

Ok, my friend showed me this in school today. We call it city building. Before you start you will be needing appleworks paint, or some other paint (these are the easist to use in my opinion) Now, you have to start with a point that you want to build out from.
you need to also draw sidewalks and roads.
Now we need to put in more buildings. Draw them out (make a couple different kind that you can modify) and place them right to left, back to from in the lot you have spaced.
Also, start coloring in the sidewlaks and roads too.
Now, we need to EXPAND! Build in the same stly as you did before. Make the roads and sidewalks, then put in the buildings right to left, back to front. Remember, it it a whole lot easier if you just copy and past the buildings form the original. This way, you do not have to make a whole new building again.
Note: Details bring your city to life. Note the brick wall that I added along with the wooden fence. You may also see a satelite dish here and there. Have fun! ;)
