What exactly do you mean by "working timer"?
I am assuming that you mean for your computer, since this is in the generals forum not he modding forum.

I have all kinds of time widgets from konfabulator
including:
Timer
Alarm Clock
Count down
Analog Clock
Digital Clock
DateTime
Episode 3 Timer
etc...
