Volcano Rocks:

To have volcano rocks appear from nowhere use the "defaultexplosion.dts" in place of the "volcano.dts"
In the.mis.
Volcanodb.shape = "game/data/shapes/tanks/defaultexplosion.dts";
Position it above ground because anything under ground remains underground.
