Do you still have the updated driver for that mouse? If not, get it. If yes, get a wired mouse and see if that works. Expensive solution, but wireless ones can act up.

I have to install my mouse (agian) due to a recent virus and a REFRESH of my lappy. It wont install it, any ideas?
PS: it is wireless and when I hook it up the light that shows the connectivity is red.
